The above news report has a big whiff of "The Day Today" about it, and it's a shame we didn't hear the apologetic courtroom rap, but it still made me smile.

What's the best way you've apologized? Any grand gestures, or do you just sullenly spit out your remorse in a totally unconvincing manner. I basically apologize for anything like the grovelling lickspittle i am.
