Apparently the guy had already headbutted a member of staff and got evicted and locked out the store. Staff had locked the doors and this bellend was standing around intimidating everyone.

Fair play to brown coat guy for standing up to him and telling him to fuck off as there's families and old people there. The dickhead soon calmed down when the rozzers nabbed him.
