I quite enjoyed it.  I'd rather have had a strong, satisfying plot, but meandering around the premise is still a better approach than a forced resolution, and I thought the melancholic end note worked.

It felt like you could project quite a few ideas onto it about internet fame without it ever being too leading.

Yeah I enjoyed this film as well, surprised by the negative reaction, definitely one of Cages better performances of recent years.
