Mr Trumpet

Some people claim it's not physically possible for some old fellas to rap like that. But if Tom Jones can still shatter windows I don't see why not.

These two are being pushed as Pete and Bas' grandsons:

FFS, they ALL rap. Source: I've seen the Northern Boys perform twice.

I don't know he's Nine or Dex but one of them does bear a strong resemblance to Bas (Bas is the tall one with the ponytail, right?). Worried that they might be showing a bit too much behind the curtain though since he also sounds like him.

Yeah pretty sure that's the two guys behind it all, certainly it's the two guys that produce the tracks (Handsome Dexter and 91shots) and have long assumed Dexter does the rapping for Bas too. Hadn't heard 91 rap before, doesn't sound super similar to Pete but possibly still him via the wonders of modern technology. Guess they got a bit bored of just being behind the camera all the time.

But if it isn't Pete and Bas rapping how do they do their live shows? I saw them play at Glastonbury and it really didn't seem like they were miming. It was too raucous and spontaneous for that.

Who's this familiar looking fella at 0:21? Going up - well, horizontally I guess - in the world!

beanheadmcginty

I now have all sorts of questions about what the hell is going on in there.

Interesting that, in that Snooker Man trailer, Norm mentions Toby Jones... of Detectorists... in which PKJ was an extra

From the Snooker Man credits. Did we know Norm's real name before now? Possibly I've just "discovered" something several years after everyone else, but it's news to me anyway.

I haven't yet seen them live (should correct that really) so can't say much for certain, all I have seen of them live is the below video, but Pete at least seems to be miming I would say (and doing it quite poorly if we're honest), for example completely misses his cue at the following points but mysteriously still keeps rapping:
