The new Jacob Geller video ( https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DliX_YFiSX4 )references Slave of God (https://www.increpare.com/2012/12/slave-of-god/) by Increpare; I remember someone mentioned it here nearly a decade ago and it blew me away. Got me wondering if there's any smaller scale projects you've played where the game as a whole doesn't have to be especially amazing or deep but there's some fundamentally amazing piece that really impressed you or made you feel like games were easily capable of something you didn't think they were before?

Doesn't have to be a vibe or anything like that, can just be remarkably inventive storytelling or something Like that

Space Funeral. Free incredibly surreal RPG Maker game. Only about 3 hours long, and the combat is not really the point of the game, just exploring weird landscapes and having bizarre conversations with NPCs.

I intermittently think back to Passage and the older I get, the harder it hits. Still on course for a 1CC, though! 😅😅😅
