Oh yeah, they won't tour it. London must keep hold of everything special.

This is a London show for London people, there's nothing for you here!

Hi Reece/Steve/Robin Askwith.
The Last Weekend as well. Not that Reece's character was a nice person, but Steve was so creepy in that episode.

It was a really fun new take on the fictionalised Reece Shearsmith character that they've played around with since the LoG days.

It was incorporating so many aspects of their history and perception, I was keeping half an ear out for Reece saying, "It's not *about* you," as a reference to Rob Brydon's Shearsmith impression, which is a line they don't think he's ever said, but captured the energy of a quintessential Reece-esque line.

True, but I meant the grumpy semi-fictionalised version of 'Reece' you'll find in some of the Inside No. 9 podcasts and so on.

Quote from: neveragain on June 17, 2024, 09:35:11 AMIt's quite uncommon for these sorts of things to be televised. The League's last live show did get on but even then that was just the second act.

Cinema screenings are reasonably common these days though.

Or "To Have and To Hold" (Reece has minor part, Steve plays complete monster).

Yes... that's a point.

For what it's worth, Dyson's Ghost Stories is going on a national tour: https://ghoststoriesplay.com/
