I'll watch Gladiator 2 as Paul Mescal is very reliable and I'm sure will be convincing in the role. Denzel too, and Jacobi. I think the first one still holds up, 25 years (!) on. Pity it led to a slew of mediocre swords and sandals films.

They should do a CGI reconstruction of Kenneth Williams naaooow-ing and oooooh-ing in a cameo role - screaming "Infamy!" for no reason, without ever delivering the punchline. That will pep it up no end.
