C4 streams are encrypted so you'll need to get hold of L3 CDM (Level 3 Content Decryption Module) files to decrypt them. The most straightforward way is to extract them from a virtual Android device. If you're on Linux or Mac then this script will do the trick; or if you're on Windows then this should do it.

It's a little bit of a faff to get set up but once you're up and running it's fairly smooth sailing.
