Just popping a white wash on

Does anyone have anything to put in? I'm planning on using biological powder, but let me know if you have any allergies or intolerances and I can use non-bio.

Incidentally, why is it OK to say that I'm planning to put a white wash on, but the last time I said that I hoped a real rain would come and wash the black scum from the streets I was told that I was to be arraigned before a grand jury?
