The first one was fairly inoffensive, nicely made, a couple of jokes in it, nice pictures but ultimately quite smug and wanky.

The second one?  Fucking hell, it was terrible.  Blatant rip offs as described above, and what was the 'Beans' sketch?  Two men sit in a cafe, each eating a plate of beans.  They talk to each other with their mouths full and you can't really hear what they are saying.  for about a minute.  and that's it.  Have these people even heard of jokes?  when they were writing it, which bits did they point to and say "Oh yes, that'll get a big laugh"?

Oh, and I thought that the second show had it moments, but it was definetely trying too hard to be the next jam, and failing completely. The first show (12:21) didn't have jokes. Unless I've missed something.

Thank christ there is a topic for this. I stupidly watched Demetri Martin's full set on BBC4 a while back and despite that watched the Comedy Lab as well (latent masochism I think). I don't think I've ever despised someone as much as this cunt before in my fucking life. He is the most pretentious, unfunny, cretinous wankstain I have ever seen.
