One of the songs on Pussy Whipped by Bikini Kill has screaming on it. Literal screaming. I think it's called Speed Heart and the bassist sings it.

I thought I had posted this in here before, but the middle 8 of Recovery by Curve has a loop of Toni screaming her head off mixed in with the guitars.

Another more obvious one are the choruses in Caught Out There by Kelis.
