I'd vote for the Pointer Sisters one, mainly thanks to the Vice City effect. I probably enjoyed the radio stations more than the game itself.

Will have to disagree. Prince's Automatic is utterly quirky, with that sparse keyboard and that minimalist chorus: A.U.T.O-matic.
The Pointer Sisters track is a straightforward pop number.

I didn't know it at the time but Pinball Number Count was the best song I heard as a child. I was scared by its oddness at the time, but it was so good. And now I like jazz.

A big one is 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart', where you've got the famous John/Taupin track and also the much-interpreted Bacharach/David song. Both great, but my vote is with the latter for the sublime Astrud Gilberto version.
