Nirvanna The Band The Show and Ski Sunday

Bobby Treetops

I once watch a porno which had the 'Sale Of the Century' theme tune playing over one of the scenes.

"And now from Norwich, it's the guiz of week...."

Magnum Valentino

Some of the early Universal talkies used the famous bit from Swan Lake over the opening credits. Dracula 1 and The Mummy, and I think a less well remembered horror picture as well.

gilbertharding

Man In a Suitcase and TFI Friday.

Of course - that doesn't really count, as the latter was a clear attempt to steal the glamour of the former without ever acknowledging it.

(Oh - and Mark and Lard stole the Dangerman theme for the graveyard shift show on Radio 1... in a similar spirit, I think)

Jake Thingray

I should think George White even farts in a list form.

olliebean

The Prisoner and In Bed with MeDinner.

mothman

Not really what the thread is about, but there was a trailer for Eastwood's Pale Rider which used the Channel 4 News theme...
