I think Fire Walk with Me could be considered a horror, of sorts. In fact, same goes for Lost Highway and Inland Empire.

Argh! It's driving me mad this one. I'm sure I've seen it on TV one late night many years ago. Is it late 1970's early 1980's European? Possibly Italian, but for some reason I keep thinking French?
