Year One question

I watched Harold Ramis' Year One on TV yesterday - couple of chortlesome moments, but mostly guff and not a fitting epitaph to his feature film career.  But that's not why I'm posting...

Can anyone tell me the first impression Bill Hader (as the Shaman) does in the end credits "goofs" sequence, before Daniel Day Lewis?  I know the voice and it's been annoying me all night, but I can't place it, and half an hour of scouring the internet hasn't given me the answer.

Can't view YT where I'm posting from at the moment, but it's where he talks about a turtle coming out of the sea like the earth on its back, or something.

It's definitely NOT Pacino, a Hader impression I'm very familiar with.

I thought it was Don King, but not so sure.

That's the one.

It sounds like Pacino to me, but it seems silly debating if it sounds a lot like him or not. God knows if that's not the case.
