i thought the whole point of the start menu was to keep folders and applications to hand without cluttering the desktop. Also, why not just use jump lists. Also why do you have some programmes on the desktop and some pinned to the taskbar? messy.

There's a white wire plugged into a white thing on the right which suggests the white thing might fall off the desk if the white wire is accidentally tugged, you should investigate that to ensure it isn't a health or safety hazard.
