Been on a KJ kick of late, and discovered this gem. The sound quality is ace as well:

Glebe

Okay not a 'live' performance and given that there are a trillion covers of this it's the one Pixies song I thought I'd never want to hear a version of again, but this is pretty nice:

Lordofthefiles

Husker Du - Pink Turns to Blue

Intensity like this during a daytime slot.

...and most astonishing of all is the fact that Greg Norton seems to have discovered how to levitate whilst playing bass!

Deliciousbass

This was uploaded a couple weeks ago and I love it. The way everyone just gets really silent and drawn in when he starts playing, especially after an inauspiciously awkward interview. Just beautiful.

With this and the Ween Jane Pratt performance, I think 90's alternative acts playing daytime tv shows might be my favourite genre of live performance.

DrGreggles

Ike & Tina Turner 'Proud Mary'
Beat Club, 1971

Oosp

Talk Talk - Such a Shame (live at Montreux 1986).

Beat that.

I don't *think* this has been posted on this thread already, and I'm sure many of you have already seen it, but anyway...
