What's this piano track that comes partway into the Suicide Journalist monologue? It's not the same music as was in the original broadcast, so I can't find it on any track-listings.

Phil Cornwell's in a few of the sketches. Off the top of my head, aside from the Dutch guy in the Gush sketch, He's Bowie in the Bowie relationship memories sketch and I believe he does one of the shorter talking head sketches - sorry I can't be more specific. Not listened to them for a good long while!

I know Sally Phillips was is the sketch where rich businessman Mark Heap blackmails a doctor into performing needless surgery on his workforce. I believe she's the woman whose foot is amputated then reattached. I expect she pops up in a couple more, but that's all that comes to mind just now.

I've shared the above with Neil, Thomas and Westerly Winds, so I thought I'd make it available to all of you lot.  I've improved it quite a lot since I sent it to Neil and have made the segues between each monologue more seamless and less noticeable. 

I put quite a bit of work into it so it seems a shame for only myself and a handful of others to hear it.

Lovely! That YouTube user youtube.com/Fourjamlions is also good, as s/he collected all the tracks from Jam sketches and overlaid them with footage from the show. Although there's a few taken down, as I assume the footage had spunking and pissing cocks in 'em from The Gush and The Day Kilroy Went Mad.

I've always used the one the "Almost Complete Music guide" which used to just be a page on the web that had them all collated, but looks like the domain registrations lapsed in the last year. But luckily, I've just seen that the Way Back Machine caught it, luckily.

There's only a few tracks missing from there. I think like a lot of you here, I'm a weird inexplicable completionist with Blue Jam so I'm always going through trying to find the other tracks. There's that one in the ingenius "The Belt" monologue, where the narrator enters the Media Party, and the track starts playing. The chorus of which is just this sort of cheesy guitar followed by what sounds like a hook of them saying, "Hard Work", and I found that bloody track, but I can't for the life of me find it again or remember at all what it was called.

It's the kind of thing that I won't actually care about it that much if I do find it. I'll listen to it once then never again, but with something like Blue Jam, which is possibly my favourite thing in the world, I don't want that information to disappear. It's weird. I'm sure other irrational people here can empathise.

Yeah, the soundtrack of Blue Jam is phenomenal. It's one where a good amount of tracks I heard I was already a big fan of, and the rest were just right up my alley, so I'm a fan of those ones now. The best and most odd revelation out of them was the Fairey Brass Band cover album of old 80's and 90's House music. Bizarrely works incredibly well.

There was that transcription page that used to be up, and if you knew the URL, you could find it in the Wayback Machine, I'm sure. It was It Started in the Park, I believe, but some googling and some wayback machine searching didn't find me anything, unfortunately.

Other than that, you may just have to listen and transcribe yourself.

I'd like to know how much is down to Robert Katz, with those monologues. Of all Morris' work, they're the things I've 'taken' most from.

Just noticed that pretty much every Blue Jam guide online either doesn't identify the loop under the first 'Doctor' sketch in 1/1 or lists it as 'unidentified' - if anyone was wondering, it's Le Madrague by Brigitte Bardot. This was originally listed in the guides on here back when I wrote them...!

Thank you.  I'm still desperate to find out what the looped ambient track is underneath the 'LWT Complainer' interview from the same episode.  That one doesn't appear to have ever been identified.

I've a feeling someone once picked it out as a very obscure remix of... Air? The KLF? The Chemical Brothers? It was *someone* high profile at any rate.

There is, of course, always a chance that it was one of Adrian Sutton's original pieces.
