Have just sent you the links now, and as always if anyone else wants them just pm me.

I did watch the first episode and have to confess I didn't like it that much, I like both performers a lot but there were only a couple of bits which made me laugh out loud.

Thanks for this - yeah I remember it being really mixed, and some of the sketches were better in the pilot episode (if you can find that...) but I like the performers, and I'll watch anything William Andrews is in - here is he doing his best Richard Whitely:

There's no sign of the pilot anywhere that I'm a member of unfortunately.

also included an old radio pilot they did

Ah cool thank you - at the time I remember loving the pilot, but when the series came round it's like they'd had to take it a bit more seriously and grown up, and parts of it weren't quite as effective. Think their live shows had similar, the first one was an unexpected (to everyone!) success, and the followups were never quite as good, going by reviews at the time.

Still can't believe they sponsored Coronation Street, how that came about I would love to know. Katy Wix says she has no regrets because it paid for her flat. :)

I've got Peppatits on a hard drive if you have no luck with soulseek. Would need some advice on where to upload to...

Does anyone have any idea where I could find Celeb, aging rock star mid 2000s sitcom, starring Harry Enfield, Rupert Vansittart and Amanda Holden? Cheers

JesusAndYourBush

Something that's totally fallen off the net.  Not one single mention apart from this one... Here's the first 7 episodes of Mel & Sue's "PE Department" from London Live (aka BBC Radio London) in 2000.  Does anyone have the rest of the episodes (there were 10 more) or any of the actual radio shows?

There's an episode on youtube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COLxd9a_YJA - but I couldn't find any more of it on any of the torrent sites I'm a member of.

Not strictly comedy, but I'm trying to find this Radio 4 programme with Stewart Lee.

It's a 2006 episode of a series called "With Great Pleasure."

It's not on Stew's website audio archive and it's not on YouTube. I know some of you lot are good with radio archive.

I've never used soulseek so I'm not sure how it works. Can you request an unlock or anything?

Malcy

@Mobbd Always worth putting a request for audio stuff on here. They've been really helpful in the past https://www.temples.me.uk/harry/

I'm half asleep (after waking up far too early, but if you mean this: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2276413/ then yes, I've got it on an external hard drive and can up it this evening if that's okay?

Mobius

That's the one! If it isn't too much bother to do that then yeah that'd be brill, thanks pal

Man I was half asleep back then (and did shortly go back to bed for a few hours), and I have no idea what I was thinking as there's only one series called Garfunkel And Oates out there!

Anyway, I had a little more time this morning than I thought I would, so I've uploaded it and sent you the links - and as always if anyone else wants it just pm me.

Is there a copy of the Comic Relief Blankety Blank sketch that isn't the ridiculously low-quality one on YouTube?

Twilkes

I may even have asked this before, but I remember a children's cartoon from decades ago (possibly the Pink Panther) where the character is falling to the ground in an elevator, and at the last moment steps onto the ground unharmed while the elevator crashes to bits.

Anyone confirm which cartoon that was and even link to the episode?

Seems so obvious now that it might have happened in more than one cartoon.

And yes, at the time, aged 7, I thought that course of action was entirely possible and expected.

Definitely happens in a Bugs Bunny cartoon.

Not sure if either of these exactly fit the bill in terms of what you are looking for, but there are extended elevator sequences in the 1942 Donald Duck short 'Bellboy Donald' and the 1945 Bugs Bunny cartoon 'Hare Conditioned.'

I don't think it's those, definitely wouldn't have been Donald Duck. Thinking about it, it might even have been a falling aircraft, but the protagonist was definitely cool as a cucumber about it so Pink Panther feels right. Will have a dig around.

Your original post definitely rang a bell and all I can think of Inspector Gadget and can't shake that image to remember what it really was now.
