Southend United have sold the naming rights for their West Stand to the local estate agents Gilbert & Rose.

Thought that said "bum your house down" at first.

It's like those Pombear crisps. For years whenever I saw it written down I thought it said Porn bear.

Forest are being linked with Dutch striker Jizz Hornkamp.

THIS IS THE NEWS.

I'm praying he has a poor relationship with his father, purely so we can see Jizz on the back of Premier League shirt not worn by Astrid Wett.

..and Jizz shoots into the back of the net. He must have a foot like a traction engine.

Any recommendations for watching the football next year for an exceptionally small amount of money or preferably fuck all? The £25 a month Now TV pass is the cheapest I've found but I still can't afford it.

Sit on a lime and soda in a pub that shows it.  You might get beat up in the bogs, but everything has its price.

PS - Surprised to see Leicester so high up the hope list given what I've heard in workplace convos, and as much as I love my city of birth, it does tend to toil under a cloud of pessimism at the best of times.  If Fofana does go to Chelsea, expect to see  those sides swap places in the above graph.

Arsenal are the most optimistic, despite one of their best midfielder getting off a serious charge on a technicality and being under investigation for two other charges. I would have thought that would drop at least a few percentage points.

mr. logic

Haven't Chelsea signed loads of players? What the fuck is their problem?

An IPTV service on one is about £40/year. A steal!

Is that watching stuff through Kodi? I did try that a few years ago but it was an immense amount of fucking about and extremely unreliable.

Redi1 dot soccerstreams dot net still works perfectly for me.

Not sure exactly when that poll was taken so maybe it be slightly different now, but Barcelona took a lot of the players we wanted and some of the signings have only been in the last few days. A lot of the players I'd say are good but aren't necessarily enough to make us challenge for the title, and are also just replacements for players that are leaving.

A reason We made 3rd last season and champions league positions in the last few seasons because of Arsenal/Tottenham/Man Utd dropping the ball so heavily, but they might all be a lot better this season.

Obviously an incredibly privileged position, but we're in a bit of a rebuilding/transitional era which also means expectations probably aren't that high next year.

The new PL season starts in an hour, so I have started a new thread here.
