Best punny title I could come up with.

This lot run on 3 (I believe). I got 60gb for a year for £10/month. All started off very well with good data and call reception then had the Emergency Calls only thing this morning (after being up and using it for couple hours). Can switch to WiFi calls but obvs that's no good out of the house. Support said there's an issue being dealt with and their timescale is to have it fixed by 30th May.

Question is - is anyone else with this lot. Or with 3 (don't know just using their network equates to equal service). And are there a lot of outages with massive long SLA times? My guess is this 5 day window allows 99.9999% of issues to be resolved within the SLA so looks good on stats.

Just wondering.
