Do those channels even have live continuity? I bet it's all programmed weeks in advance. Even BBC4 runs a recording for that - every week the woman said 'An eclectic chart mix with an authentic 90s vibe', but I presume they'd be classy enough to notice and revise it if (eg) Steve Wright had died.
