If you're a lady American you have to have a surname as your first name, like Madison, Taylor, McKenzie or Hitler. Problem with that is that it's blurred the lines between first and surnames and now people have forgotten which is which so they don't know what names to give their new daughters, so now they're moving to a system where the kid has to be named after your favourite president. Anyone who chooses Obama goes on a watch list.
