Do cyclists pay road tax?

 I'm not bashing cyclist or anyone.

I'm a rational economist. Infrastructure needs to be paid for. When some thing is used it needs to be maintained...fact.

I have no dog in this fight at all, just having a conversation.

cyclist are being given more road/infrastructure to use...should they then pay for it? Not a fascist question.
