I have been at home sick for the past four days with some sort of chest and throat infection. As a healthy young man I expect it to pass shortly, but it seems to be taking a while - should I go to the doctor?

Doctors!  My dear father drank every day, smoked and rarely exercised.  Of course you know I'm going to say he made it to 89!  Well he didn't; he was 30.  Run over by a tram.  Burst under its wheels by all accounts!

I have a sneaking suspicion this isn't entirely relevant.
